hmmm in dots as in hwo its brigher there and that color. well hwo i color it and blur it once it goes on soft light/overlay it just seems to do it like that i dont do anything speical for dots,,,? is that what u ment please explain mroe pls

If you are wondering how to make those highlights, just get the square selecting tool thing, and make it across where you want it. Then just fill it with scan line patterns (search if you dont know how to make 1) then set it to overlay/softlight/hardlight. Hope it kind of helped you.
