    it comes up vector cause its getto vector vecor diesnt takr one step to do

    It's maybe simple but it's very nice though, if you do REAL vector, it will take hours :P ;)

    Yes I know, vector is more detailed but I still like the Filter - Artistic - Cutout way :P

    Change the title this is not even vector, It may look like the vector style but it does not come in the definition

    Vector- Something that you can stretch to the size of a billboard and it will not lose its quality

    Who cares if you typed in vector in a tut site, they are made by people that think its vector and have the nuts to submit it, if you wanna be dumb like them go ahead and keep that title up there

    who cares that your doing it for free, that is a different subject, It makes ppl think vectoring is stupid

    just change the title its so easy

    Change it to "Free cutoutfilter jobs"

    or just post the link to the topic or something just dont call it vectoring

    prolly because your insulting the guys who bust their ass to make REAL vectors with these noob imations. i'm sure if you change the name to FREE FAKE VECTORS you won't be bothered.

    DUDE that is not vector, A vector is a image that you can stretch to unlimited sizes and not lose quality

    That is a filterjob make it a bit bigger and it will lose its crap quality and make it worste

    Most ppl say they have a vector sig yet its just some brushes over a background

    stop calling filtercrap vector
