Want To Build Up Some Strenght

    here's some tips.

    Dont eat huge meals and no snacks, eat very small meals throughout the day, that helps so you dont gain weight, not sure exactly why, but it makes sense.

    Also, do push-ups and sit-ups a lot at random times, and do them really fast to get your heart pumping, cuz the faster your heart is pumping, the faster you lose weight.

    Also, i find it helps if you take really long walks every day or every OTHER day. It's good to find somewhere that you want to go every day that's about 3-4 miles away and just walk there everyday, then do your thing there, then walk back home afterwards.

    And dont eat a bunch of crap food. These are the things that make you gain weight really fast.

    Chocolate/peanutbutter stuff. (candy bars, chocolate cookies, etc.)
    Ice cream and all that other soft stuff like pudding and bread products.

    So stay away from chocolate and lots of ice cream.

    That's all i can say, just some tips.

    ok ill tell you the work out i do that seems to work for me very well just buy a weight bench k and about maybe a 20 lb dumb bell and do these exersices
    bench press
    butterflys
    bicep curls
    tricep curls
    forearm curls
    take your weight bench bar and so almost the same exeersices except add these
    Military press
    more bicep curls
    squats
    then afer all that go run running is the biggest thing you need to do to lose weight and after running you need to walk back to wherever and cool down drink lots of water/gatorade and so on you should lose weight eventually

    if i were you i would run about a mile or so a day, i would also do the one arm curls(dont know if that is what they are called) with the 15 pound weights, i would also do pushups and situps, also eat alot of protien such as tuna. make sure to work out at least 30 min a day
