I have a mat and also 5 and 15 pound weights for lifting...next year i plan on joining my schools wait room so i wanna start this year with some simple yet good stuff so i can lose the fat of ma waist and my thighs and so on and build some muscle. Any good tips or excercises or links to sites with various good excercises will be appreciated..some +reps will be thrown in as well so plz post!!! NOONE SAY GOOGLE I TRIED IT B4 and it DOESN'T HELP ME MUCH AS I CANT SEARCH WELL
Depends... Do you want to loose weight... or do you want to gain muscles? There's a big difference... Since if you gain muscles you'll gain some auto weight!
do some push upps 8 times and then rest a bit then do it again for like 4times do some sit ups 15sec, stay in the mid for like 3 sec and do it over and over lol thats what i did when i started now i do just the push ups like really 60 times in one orso, and sit ups like 200 but if you really intend to change fat in muscles go to GYM much better and ask some ppl how they do it there if they are nice orelse they kick youre ass and do some other sports
i've just started going to the gym as i've put on quite alot of weight and my g/f dumped me and im at university and i wanna bit more success with the flange walking about.. first of all.. being toned and whatnot should take a backseat to being fit.. i do some weight training.. converted fat into muscles is a long and rigorous process.. helped along if your fit.. if ur not a member of a gym, do some cardio-vascular exercise.. running.. biking, sports, swimming.. anything to get your heart pumping and your stamina up.. i am trying to convert my fat into muscle whilst losing weight.. so i wont be skinny but i wont be fat.. if you want to lose weight and be slim... again cardio-vascular activities are the most important.. when you lose weight and you want to tone your body.. you do weights.. but you do light weights and you do plenty of them as opposed to building muscle which you gradually use heavier weights to get bigger muscles.. my advice would be if your old enough (not sure how old 9th grade is.. UK here.. im assuming its around 13/14) then join a fitness gym.. then get onoto weights... if your not old enough then go running and maintain a moderately healthy diet.. you dont have to eat lettuce and white meats all the time.. but dont go pigging out on unnecessary junk.. just be sensible.. go out running.. be active and spend less time on these forums!! (sorry Llamaman) hope thats a help.. im in the same situation
I would say get up an hour early go for a run, go to school. Get active in some team sports (great exercise) Then after school go for a run. Lift some weights to like 10-20 sit ups before you go to bed. Thats just about right no over doing yourself. Hope I helped, and I wish you the best of luck bud ~Nicotine EDIT: [Ask Jeeves] B)
lol yea what bumb dick said and if you are going to gym and do weight lifting and stuff be sure to ask some advice to some ppl there, cos if you do it wrong youre musceles might misform it self and i most likely think you want that, it happens really rarelly too so you aint need to worry about that
If you want to lose weight then go on a balanced diet. Eat lots of fruit and obviously don't eat any fatty foods. And if you want to get stronger do push ups, sit ups and run up and down stairs because it makes your legs muscles stronger.
just try and do a bit more sport every day. Do as many pushups as you can every night and then rest. Go for a run before school then on Sundays go for a extra long run
Phat Albert asked this a while ago, and here was my post for him. http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php...=0&#entry333807
my suggestion would to join a gym, get a pro to help. if you dont have the money for that, buy some cheep freeweights and work with them. do a lot of push ups sits up and crunches. that will burn a lot of fat in your stomach and arms.
Go jogging for about 30-60 minutes in the morning [at least 30 mins], and first thing in the morning, before eating breakfast. This is the time when your body burns the most fat, and also burns up calories that werent burnt up the night before. And start eating better, more protein, less fats. http://www.fatlosstips.com/ this site will help you out alot. As for gaining muscle make sure you are eating 6 small meals a day witha diet of about 40% protein. Its recommended that you eat 1-1.5grams of protein for every pound of body weight you have in order to gain muscle. Too much protein is bad for you however so make sure you are drinking half a gallon to a gallon of water a day. Try to find a gym near you and start working out there, if you dont have access to one then do pushups, crunches, and some free weight exercises you can think of with your dumbells. most importantly stay dedicated, you need to be eating right and working out right 100% of the time, most the time isnt gonna cut it.
running is always good, and drink water as opposed to soft drinks, if you arent thinking of joining a gym you can always do sets of push up and sit ups in your house
