You ask a a door - "If I were to ask the other door which door leads to the city of truth, what would he say". And then you pick the opposite door of what he tells you.

 

2 people have the right answer so far. All you have to ask is "if I asked the other door which door leads to the city of truth, what answer would he give me?"
