How To Type Exponents?

    How do I type exponents on the 'net? Without using "^" like 3^5...Please tell me...

    I don't know the alt+xxx code for it, or even if their is one. Maybe open up word or openoffice and type out exponents then copy and paste.

    tried. doesn't work. it just makes the exponent a normal-sized number...

    Alt+ 0185 = ¹
    Alt+ 0178 = ²
    Alt+ 0179 = ³
    Alt+ 0170 = ª

    Those are the only ones you can do.
