Hurricane Names

    wtf is with these hurricane names!
    hugo?wilma?shirly temple?(okay well that isnt a hurricane name but still)

    can anybody explain WHY they give these hurricanes these horrid names?

    they name it so they know what hurracan they talking about and it make more sence l0lz .......

    actually its not hurricane's it is tropical storms. they kep the same names every year unless one does alot of damage then they retire it and pick a new one

    I can't believe people are making sucha big deal out of this. Whos stupid idea was it to even name them?

    im pretty sure they name tyhem so they can like keep record of the certain hurricane like Andrew they can like go back in time and look for the name Andrew and they open the folder and it gives all the info about that hurricane i guess its just like a classification type of thing....but i could be wrong but that does make sense if u think about it,lol.
