Search google for FL studio 5.

    Great for making techno music.

If you need help with it, just read a quick tut, its not that hard.

Their is a pretty sweet little mixing program called Atomix mp3. It allows you to mix to mp3's together, and add a bunch of cool effects. I think they still have a trial version. Not sure though. :S

Check it out, and please use the computing forums for matters dealing with software or anything to do with computers. ;)

Reason (That isn't free, but its far the best software.... its about 500) Atomix really stinks compared to Traktor DJ Studio.

Atomix is freeware I think. I haven't tired. Acid pro is really good.

Try using Acid Pro and Traktor. They arn't free but there is 30-day trial's.

Nope you need to pay for it...and I could maybe give you some help if you do eventually get it...And skyline, if you wanna make proper techno music you need to use proper software like fruityloops, and make your own loops instead of the ones that the creator of the software have made...So...I still say fruityloops.
