Print Screen, above the Insert button on most keyboards... Then to paste it, open up Paint or PS and make a new template, and paste it.
lol im sure you have it like even windows 95 comps from 16 years back have it unless you uninstalled it yourself im sure its in there somewhere do a system search from ur start menu n look for paint its probably in ur windows folder

uhhh..... what year are you living in? Win 95 was made in 1995.... So that wuld be 10 years ago... Even 3.1 had paint... go to start->programs->accesories shuld be in there. If it wasnt installed by default, go to control panel->add/remove programs, go to the windows components tab, and go to accesories, and add all the stuff in that package...
