just say RAM, when you say 'memory RAM', you are saying 'memory random access memory'.

anyway, does your comp have an AGP slots? only PCI? PCI-E?

    and I don't think you have 700mb... either you have 640 (512+128), 704 (512+128+64) or 768 (512+256)

For sound, I would suggest Creative. any of their cards are excellent, especially their 'Blaster Live!' cards. They produce awesome sounds even if you have crappy speakers.

I just looked at the spec sheet for my PC and it says it has an intergrated AGP slot, so help with any video card solutions are still welcome, thanks.

If you got the $$$ then i suggest you make a PC of your own then its more easier of what parts you want because they'll be all new and up to date :D

I made my PC like 3 days ago using a Nvidia GF6600GT and its working superb - THe quality is all high except for a few power hungry games ;)

Some sites still say graphic cards when they are talking about video cards, it's whatever the creator of the websit calls it.

That means that your intigrated video is using an AGP connection to the cpu. It does not mean you have an AGP slot.

PCI video is ok, it's just not as fast or as powerful as AGP, PCI-E, or SLI

How much are you willing to spend on a gfx card.
    I would suggest a 6600GT AGP.

meh, i wouldnt say go that high end, only if youve got cash, and cash to burn, ive got a radeon x700 pro, cheap like 120 bucks, of course it was on sale, but it still works real well, only games that have trouble running on it are b&w2, and bf2...

but anyway, id say up your graphics card, and either a better RAM or bigger/better harddrive, if your mother board can handle it, get SATA, and if not, then screw the ram/harddrive, and go out and get a new, PCI-E, AGP, and PCI motherboard, might cost a bunch, but itll be better in the long run.

EDIT: those graphics cards your looking at are all AGP, and i think you have no AGP slots, pop open your computer, and look inside, i think AGP are brown or orange, of course that might be IDE or PCI if im wrong =/
