nope. this isnt vector. vectoring you could see the lines of the vectoring and Miami Kaos(guy who did it) uses brushes and smudge. you could tell by the smooth tranistion of color. Definitly not vectoring. but i wanna know how to do it though. I heard it takes loads of time but ive seen other people do the same thing.
