Drink lots of milk man. After drinking alot of milk for 2 weeks, I gained weight, and my muscles got bigger without me even training.

just eat toast for breakfast toast for lunch toast for tea and then have salad for a snack. thats what i do
You don't eat dinner...? And you only eat toast? Do you like, sleep all your life? Because I don't know anyone that can survive on some toast every day.
just eat basic meals, everyone once in a while for a dessert do have a cookie or 2 to eat... what i did was some crazy diet for the summer and i kept away from all sweets for about 3 weeks, my family is a fat family tho kind of, and my mom refused to cut down on sweets while im in football training so i just unleashed 1 day, it sucked...so now i usually just have a cookie or 2 sometimes and drink milk+water or gatorade chips+soda=bad obviously
