Eating Habits/diets

    i wanted to start eating better, but im jus wondering about like wats a good diet, like balanced. i would google it but i dont realli kno wat to google so yea... anyways plz post like wat u guys kno about eating good and any recipes for healthy good food and if any1 knos where i can find like the food pyramid(i tink they like made a new one) that would help

    lol, i dont know any diets. just eat 3 meals a day..

    Drink lots of milk man. After drinking alot of milk for 2 weeks, I gained weight, and my muscles got bigger without me even training.

    Jk, make sure your diet conforms to the govermental standards expressed in the govermental food pyramid.

    I have been trying to do that all my life, but milk makes me gag. :(

    Odd, samet thing has happened to me for a while. Didn't know milk would help that much o_0.

    It helps make your "bones grow"... At least, that's what they say. And I can only drink milk when the milk's taste isn't present... like, a different flavor that over-powers it or something.

    just eat toast for breakfast toast for lunch toast for tea and then have salad for a snack. thats what i do

    You don't eat dinner...? And you only eat toast? Do you like, sleep all your life? Because I don't know anyone that can survive on some toast every day.

    Make a daily routine like:

    1. Breakfast - Weetabix
    2. Lunch - Pasta
    3. Dinner - pancakes

    Pancakes are supposed to be like a dessert so there's no point in having it for breakfast. :)

    just eat basic meals, everyone once in a while for a dessert do have a cookie or 2 to eat...

    what i did was some crazy diet for the summer and i kept away from all sweets for about 3 weeks, my family is a fat family tho kind of, and my mom refused to cut down on sweets while im in football training so i just unleashed 1 day, it sucked...so now i usually just have a cookie or 2 sometimes and drink milk+water or gatorade

    chips+soda=bad obviously
