Hello! I've a question... Can I use vBulliten styles on PHPBB forums ? Is vBulliten and PHPBB almost the same thing??
What kinda question is that! They are diferent things. But there is a way, you just gotta edit the CSS file in vBulliten and edit it to the phpbb requirements.
You can't just simply use phpBB skins with vbulletin forums or vice versa. You'll need to learn how to make forum skins with phpBB or vbulletin if you want to try and convert a skin for use on your chosen forum.

vBulletin and phpBB are 2 different forum/bulletin board softwares. They both have different coding and both have different features for their skins/styles. For one to work on another you need to take the images and upload them. Same goes for the CSS. Next you must edit the CSS and skin files so it works with all features on the forum and that the images/colors are in the right spots. It takes some knowledge of the systems, which by the question you asked it doesnt seem as though you have much. You may be able to ask, pay or learn how to do this in time. Its up to you
you say retarded a lot dont you? I know I do in real life and its pretty tough to recode it, but not that hard if you really set to it.
