ehm why do you want to make such thing, its fugly imo. but just use some brushes and bevel it, just like the text. bevels i think he used fractal brushes
what he did was opened new doc. and colored it grey. Then opened fractal brushes and brushed it with black. and than got some splater brushes and used em(if u need splater look at girlys profile at DA) and than he did text and beveled it!! and i think the font is called angry blue rep+
