Lagging

I just downloaded Gunz: The Duel, and it lags, can i stop this without buying anything else new? i have an ADSL router going at 576kb/s, Intel Extreme Graphics 2 Card. does anyone know how to stop this problem? it sucks.

 

If it's an online game it could be the servers laging because it's too far away. always happens to me 'cause theres no servers in australia(for games that is...).

 

the servers are in korea i belve, just go to diffrent games until your ping goes down

 

well do you guys know any other MMORPG's that are totally free? and where you an use guns and grenades and stuff?

I think it might be your gfx lagging not your connection. Because you have intergrated graphics.

 

do i need to buy a new GFX card or something? and will it lag on every game? because im thinking of buying CS today.

 

Yeah your pc will lag for all recent games. What type of pc is yours. Is it like a dell?

yea its a dell, i cant afford a good PC, i dont even have a job or nothing lol. so my PC's useless for playing games on basically?

The best gfx card you can get is a 5700 pci.
You can only use pci gfx cards as there are no agp or pci-e slots on your mobo. 5700 pci cards are pretty cheap too but it will play cs, etc.

 

its the sever i guess or your upload speed greatly affects your online gaming speed also

 

i cant afford any of that stuff. i just bought black and white 2 but theres something wrong with my GFX card, the game doesnt support it or something like that

 

if its free its gonna lag like hell. nothing really you can do about it.
