When I find a render, say it has a white background...is there an easier way to get rid of it than to re-cut it myself?
Yes...you just take the magic wand tool which is second from the top on the right then click on the white bg and it should select the whole of it then obviously go to edit -> cut.
Sometimes it can take a few goes before it actually selects the whole background. Anyways why were you getting a white bg in the first place? Were you copying renders and just pasting them into photoshop (which causes that) or were you actually saving ones with white backgrounds. speak to me over MSN and i'll explain it.
I don't have MSN -_-... And I got one of those packs, with the renders coming, and it is a white backgrounded one. And I've now tried about 10 times in a row, and it has NO effect...
affect* I think you mean...but anyways you may either not be doing it right or the renders a biatch to cut. give me a link to the render
It's effect, because it's a noun, AFFECT is a verb...as in "The way I affected them, caused the effect of anger..." etc... Anywho! I will post it here...someone wanted me to do this by request...I personally hate it.
if the image was et as background it would be locked and wouldn't delete u'd have to duplicate it first
Ah, I see what was wrong now...thanks you guys ^_^ I just didn't know I had to duplicate it... I am a little knew to the whole renders thing still...Sorry for wasting time!
too bad that render looks like crap though? and also whoever said that effect is a noun and affect is a verb is wrong. effect can and is often used by people who have good comprehension of language as a verb. and, affect can be uses as a noun as well, although it's rarely used that way. so they both can be verbs or nouns
i did it with the magic wand so of course it's going to look like crap <_< but gj for bringing up the affect thing..i didn't think i was totally wrong ^_^
i'm saying don't tell people to use magic wand it looks like ----e. you'd be better off using extract for something like that
