ok guyz what the hell does this mean?

 

login to your fpt server delete those two folders and it will work.

 

It means you need to go into your FTP/Cpanel and then to your forum folder. There should be a folder called install and another folder called contrib. Delete them both

log into your cpanel and go to file management or something or login using an ftp program.

ok guyz no wi have serious problem....i install a new skin and now i have this error how do i fix it?.

I think he's reffering to the first error that you solved already. I dont know much about phpbb, so cant help ya, sorry.

 

did you install the template right? you're supposed to upload them via ftp to your server to the templates folder then in the administration panel of your forum you have to add that style.

 

i think i did that...i don't get what u mean by the style tho

 

Okay i'll explain.

1. Download a template you want to install and upload the folder to your templates folder of your forum on your server.

2. Go to the administration panel of your forum which can be found usually right at the bottom of the board.

3. You'll see a category called "Style Admin" and if you uploaded the template correctly it should be there and you'll see a 'Install' option. If you do click install and follow the steps, if you don't then i don't know what's wrong.
