To Make A Paypal Account Without Using A Credit Card Or Bank Account With it , and still ppl can send money to it and it shows in my account balance and if i later add a bank account , i will be able to transfer it to the bank account??? thx
Perhaps the paypal faq would be of more sevice to you, or maybe their customer support... but, as far as I know... You need either the bank account or the credit card to begin the account.
actually when u first create an account , u dont need to enter bank or credit card information well i guess ill see if the pp faq could help thx
