Help Blue Screen

    plz help me, i have a laptop from dell insperon 6000 and when i turn on the comp i get a blue screen, driver lqrl sumthing is less or not equal, it only works when i do it in safe mode like i did now, i called dell, they said they cant do anything, i need to pay for the software support, i cant, i only have hardware support, plz help me, i need help

    That should be covered in Hardware Support, and Dell shouldnt be ***es and just tell you how to fix it. I mean you bought their product and they cant even help you to fix it? Thats BS. You need to call them back and get serious. If they say they cant help ask why? If they dont give you a good answer ask to speak to their supervisor ;)

    I personally dont know whats wrong so i cant help.
    I suggest you ask at neowin.net Thats where i get all my PC help and info. Usually they are very quick and have good responses :)

    ty, all they did was make me run a freakin diognasticts thing,yesterday i waited really 23 min and i hung up couse no 1 answered, today like 10 min, im really disipointed

    I had a problem like that before. All I did was a virus scan and I got rid of it.

    but everytime i try to start my comp normaly it doesnt work, i get this, and i dont think it will work in safe mode

    google the drivers name and reinstall it, the end. I did this on my old computer for another driver and I had no problems, just make sure you don't get an illegit driver.

    i have disks from dell, its the audio files, i kno that, couse when i try to play iit said nt recomended, not stable, it said sumthing with sound, and thats what happend

    windows XP is built on NT just as windows 2000 is so that should not be a problem. IF you ahve the restore disc though, by all means, use them.

    Try running and deleting any viruses through Safe Mode. That may get rid of them :)

    yea do a system recovery and/or restore or try doing a windows xp repair install.

    ok, i did the thing and its working now, although my aol doesnt work now but its ok, ill try to fix it, ty for all ur help
