What exactly did he do wrong? Have friends over. Thats about it as far as i know, as long as he wasnt the one who screwed over the car, so punishment should be minimal.
Perhaps he has a strict mom though....

wait its not ur car...u weren't in the car..the only thing you can get in trouble for is having friends over...i doubt she will kill you over that..i mean it wasn't you driving the car and it wasn't ur car...

 

If he thinks he is dead, then he must be drawing on some history to think he's in for it.

Whole lotta a** whoppin tonight, as from what I think his friend stole the car from her mom, and broke the axle on his property.
