are you sure its a .mov file?
mabe try downloading it from a different site

Maybe you have missing plug ins? And it can't detect them... find a list of all the plug ins that should be installed then look in your plug ins folder and see if any are not there then download them..

I just use a digital media converter. Even if it's .mov, I convert it anyway, and it usually works.

Wait a sec. I just got the same message for a file I've already had open on my PC!!!!!

Was there an Adobe update I didn't get? :blink:
