That is one hell of a good render. it's def. prem. if you ask me.
But how did you make that "shine" on the circle/mirror she's holding? Did you rendered that out of the original or did you added it after the cut?

 

Both. Kinda. The shine was already there, but I cut out the part where the bacground was. Then I just added the missing parts of the shine back in with the brush tool on a new layer. Then I changed the opacity so the shine matched what was on the render, merged the layers, and saved it.
