I actually beleive that you need to login into windows messenger and do remote assistance that way and the person you are doing it with must have windows messenger aswell. I also beleive that you need Xp Pro as Home edition doesnt support it. Hope that helps. If you install Windows messenger I dont recommend uninstalling it but rather disabling it (google) as whenever you load into msn messenger windows messenger automatically try's to reinstall which can be rather annoying.
