Look, the novels will always be more into depth than the film. The film is a summary of the novel for people who don't like reading, don't have time to read, and / or haven't read the book. Some details that aren't important to the plot are taken out. It also helps to give someone who has read the book, a more clear image of what the characters look like. Really, I prefer the novel version. I think the flim is just to make money out of it.

Thats what makes it suck they add to much bull ---- in the book.. [/b][/quote]
Authors don't write books for movies to be made from them, reading a book is alot different than watching a film.

Thats right, people who write specifically for movies are called screenwriters.

 I have read most of the books before the films thats why I dont really look forward to the game films or films of books because they mess up the story quite badly

That's why i always read the book first... Movies based off of books are just for the lazy people who can't be bothered to read, and the games are for gamers. If you look at the LotR games, (most of them) are really bad, and have almost no plot whatsoever.

    <---thats me! i hate reading

one thing i like about movies beter is the bonus disc, you get to see how they made the movie and stuff and its actually quite interesting (to me anyways) and you cant really do that with a book because all that someone did was write for a really long time and thats boring, plus you would have to read a books bonus material :(
