Turning it and stuff just involves IMAGE > ROTATE CANVAS
    or EDIT > TRANSFORM POINTS
To reflect just douplicate the layer, rotate the douplicated one under your default layer and set opacity down a bit... at least how I would do it

Reflecting text can be accomplished by just duplicating it and then going to Edit-->Transform-->Flip Horizontal/Vertical

And there's a button you can click on to bend text. With the text tool active, if you look at the text toobar you should see a button that has a T with a bent arrow. Click on that and you'll have access to several different ways to bend text.

Well, for that you have to first create a path with the Pen Tool along whatever you want the text to curve. Then switch to the Text Tool and hover over the path you just created. Your cursor should change to a regular typing cursor, and once it does that, clidk on the path. From then you can just type whatever you want and the text will follow the path you created.

Be careful though, you can have a few problems with that. Your text will sometimes go above or below the path you made, and to fix it you need to look for the circular handles on your text path (NOT the curve's control/anchor points...there's a difference). Drag those handles around your curve until you get your text where you want. One of the handles specifies where the text begins, and the other were the text ends.

NOTE: If I remember correctly, this feature is only available in Photoshop CS and up. If you have 7 or below, you're kinda screwed.
