Well. I'm thinking about creating a signature, render, tutorial/Everything shop. Yeah like an all in one shop which has basically everything to do with GFX in it. I'm looking for people who will be willing to join me in doing this. Here's whut I'm lookin' for. 1 Renderer: Job: You will take requests along with me. The price of requests will be how difficult the render was for you to cut. Starting from 5Credz to a max of 100. We shall charge no more than that. Customes can decide who they want to render the image, or just say anyone. Entree Requirements: I'd like to see 5 of your past renders, they MUST be premium. You must have atleast 20 + Reputations, with a max of 3 -Reputations. 2 Signature Makers. Job: You will regulararly make premade signatures and requested signatures for customers. You can decide the price of the premades and whether or not your giving out PSDs or not. Exampe: 30 Credz for this premade: You get your name on it and get to wear it. If you want the PSD its 50 credz. Thats jst an example - you can decide the prices for yourself. You may also choose to make it donationware - its your choice. Entree Requirements: I'd like to see 5 of your signatures. Thats all. 1 Wallpaper Maker: Job: You will take wallpaper requests along with me. Your jobs pretty much the same as the signature makers. Jst remember YOU chose if they'll be free or charge credz. The brush maker will be me. - The brushes will be free. Thats all I require right now. Post your applications here. So what you're saying is, that if we have -3 reps even though they aint related to rendering, or that we have 5 premiums but not +20 rep you dont get to be a renderer at all?, sounding a bit biased there dont you think?, And 5 creds min for a premium render seems a bit like a ripoff of cutting power to me. Also, A shop that does everything is going to need alot more than 4 people you know.
