I think post counts are very important...it shows how active you are..unless you are a spammer.... ^_^

Am I less then you I have joined before you, but you have more post count. Does that mean someone will trust you more? No it just means someone is post crazy, and most likly post alot of useless comments and spam just to get more post count or credits.

the post count doesn't really mean a thing to me. Ya a higher post count does say that that person has posted alot, and you can make the assumption that thaey are active. But, that really isn't true. For all you know they could have just spammed alot to get that post count up. All it leads to is troubble because people just want to get it up higher and higher. I don't mind having a post count. But, people just have to understand that it is just a counter not your life in the forums.

I think your post count is semi-importaint along with your rep and everything, it can be a seriuos factor. If you have 1000 in a month that might be a little too much for me though. lol

yea if you have low post count people dont trust you but those with really high post counts are mostly trusted because they have been on the forums for a long time

Eh, to me...having a high post count is nothing special...It's not a bad thing, I just don't think it really matters...

A high post count is only important if they're quality posts IMO.

If a post isn't something worth being posted... I try to refrain as often as possible. If not, I could have had well over 10,000 posts in all the time I spend here. ;)
