    1. Open up the image you wanna render.
    2. I will be using this

    3. Now select the pen tool

    4. Now in the top photoshop bar select the paths button

    5. Now zoom in on your image to at least 500%

    6. Now with your pen tool carefull go around the inside of your render clicking every couple of milimeters. Try to stay as close to the edge as possible, but don't worry if you get a little bit of the background, we are going to fix this later.

    7. Once you are done this right click on your pen tool selection and click make selection. Make sure anti-alias is checked and use a feather radius of either 0.1 or 0.2. The higher the more blurry the edges but the less choppy the image is.

    8. Once you are done go layer>matting>defringe and use a width of 1 pixel. This will remove any background left from the original image.

not refringe, read it again, defringe, it takes away some of the bg after you have rendered it but it can get choppy, that's why i do a 1 pixel feather after.

    Pen Tool > polygon tool.

You can always go back and delete the unwanted anchor point and start a new path, polygon as opposed to pen tool cannot; you can't revert the error
