Rendering

yo just go into rendering and i was wondering like the pictures u render like would i be illegal to render like screenshots from ign.com or like gamespot or anything

like if they have their trademark on in can we still render it? i think not but i dunno................................

im tryin to find like game screenshots then render them but all of them have their trademark ---- on them so im like wtf do i do ^_^

 

Well, you're not making any money from it, other than possible credits, so it's ok. Most people do render such pictures, and nobody's been sued...

not sure about most things but you arent alloud to render anything from dA

some companies are alot more kinda than others.
You can do it for the mean while. If they complain the only thing they can do is make you remove the render file. they can only prosocute you if you continue to do the activity after the warning

 

If it is a copyrighted image, you may not render it or use it. It doesnt matter if you make money off of it or not. It is copyrighted and therefore not useable here.

 

Go to google .com and go to images and render some cool pix.

 

yea but almost all pics are with those trademark logos when on google like i was looking for screenshots i see different gaming websites with same screenshots but diffrenet logos or trademark signs on them

 

i havent really heard anything about going off of ign and getting a pic u like, but im not a pro on all that copyrighted stuff, usually if u would render a pic that is "copyrighted" a mod would problably tell u
