Buff Up

    sorry to go off topic...

    isn't dicks a store primarly located in the east though, that was the impression i got off their website based on their map...

    I'll just have to look around, right now the only things folding back my growth are lack of weight and lack of food at times.

    push-ups pull-ups curls running basketball football weights... everyday, i have a six pack and im only 13 lol its better if you start young cause ur muscles develop quicker.. plus my mom is a personal trainer

    an oh yeah.. havin somethin against black is wrong.. i might be white but i respect black because they shape the world just as much as we do

    I've been doing basic situps and pushups at home and its been doing me good.

    the hardest crunch iv ever done is by wrapping my legs at the end of my bed and curling.. hurts like a mother but boy does it work wen you wunt it to

    I work out on my weight bench every 3 days for 1 hour each day. and it really helps. buffing up that is.
