I honestly dont give a dam about skin color personally though, as long as you act chill and what not, I couldn't care less. some races are just plain better at ertain things and worse at others. I am in decent shape..and I just workout randomly whenever I can.. If I am near my computer, I use my barbells, currently at about 25 pr 30 pounds, then I also do other workouts... Bench presses, 3-4 sets, 10 reps each set. Military presses, 3 sets, 10 reps each. Curls, 4-5 sets, 10 reps each. thats just a rough estimate really.. for sit ups, I've never done a real schedule, there were just days our of random that I did bout 200-250 situps and then thats it..
It all depends on what build you are, I myself require alot of cardio to lose weight/maintain weight, I require little actual weight lifting to gain muscle but to stay toned it takes alot of cardio, 2 miles a day 5 times a week is key in my point of view
Yeah, that's the way I hink it should be, I don't give a damn about a stupid word unless it is used negatively, you can call someone a genious sarcastically and have it be bad. Here is a good question, where is a cheap place to buy weights, I need another set, I went to Big 5 the other day and I figured out that a set of 30lb dumbels would be good for me based on being abled to quickly do 6 curls without a ton of effort(though i started to struggle at 7 and 8) I tend to train a bit towards the endurance side FYI, i try too keep my reps between 8-12 EDIT: for those wondering, I am an ecto and I have a somewhat high amount of slow-twitch muscle. That pretty much means that I don't put on much fat at all, but putting on muscle takes a bit more effort, and that my muscles are predispositioned to be towards endurance and density as opposed to size
