Msn Troubles

ok my friend is trying to send me a remote assistance invite and when i accept it this window pops up:



and i dont have a clue as to where i cand find this service so i can start it...or do i have to download it

 

what O.S cuz if u dont have XP then dats the reason why

do you have Service Pack 2 if so is the firewall on

 

happens to me also.. but i know mine is due to a virus dont know about you

 

i have the same problems
even tho i turned off all my firewalls, and stuff..
oh well, i just wanted to remote desktop for fun, not for serious stuff

i hope someone can actually give you an answer, when i had this problem first thing i thought was my firewalls, but no avail
it might be my router..but im too lazy to open a port

so ya, if your behind a router...try opening up the port(s) that u need to open
i have no idea what ports they are tho :\

 

if sume1 knows the porst or wat ever they r that u need to open up to use the remote assistance plz post them

its not my friend its me...i tried searchiing for the file then i noticed this:



so i clicked it and guess wat poped up its our old friend <_< :



so now im like wtf :censored:...do i have to download this thingy from sum where or wat cuz my computer cant find it!!!

Control Panel<Administrator Tools<Services.
Go down to Help and Support, Right click, properties, then change it from Diabled to Automatic. Then try it out..You may have to reboot PC I forget..
