never herd of .mng format. I belie i figured it out though.

I seletected one pixle of the boarder of the transparent part. Then i sharped edges several times but it still turned out bad so then i delted that one pix like 15 times to get a clean delete and it still saved bad, better but still saw a few white squares so then i poped it back into photoshop and saved it using save for web or w/e tahts powered by image ready, set it to 256 colorts and save it. It came out perfect. I dont belivei even needed to sharpen the edges, the "save for web" thing converts all the colors over and everything for me so yeah.

If i werent pressed for school so soon, i would try it now but i have 2 min before i gotta leave for the bus so ill try it when i get home ok?

    Damn, Bro
You had several tips to improve it.
And still you're not satisfied just save the banner with the BGcolour of the forum.
Don't make such a problem with this.
If you've time to make a banner with an animation add a couple of layers then changing one layer with a BG colour won't make you tired.
There are people with more serious Computing problems.

Just ignore them. At least other ppl will be able to see this if they need to know. Unlike the tons of tutorials I see about "how to make a sig" on this forum...like 5 isn't enough...

I'll have to try that msg...whatever format..I never heard of it..o_0
