Password On A Zip File

    This may sound like a simple question, but how do you put a password on a zip file? Just curious

    As far as I know you need to have a rar file to make it passworded. ;)

    you can password protect a zip file, in winzip, its in one of the drop-down menus on top, i didn't do it for awhile, so i dont know exactly where.

    I think hes asking how does he get in or change the password if he doesnt know what it is.

    rar/zip password cracking is damn hard.

    most progz out there use brute force method, and are very inefficient and unsuccessful
