Help With My Sig

    Help! i just made this really cool sig with transparency and animation, and gif is the only file format i know that does transpanceny AND aniamtion. The only problem is that i get this white outline on my transparent part. WHat can i do?!!?!?

    Safe the file in the background color of the board were you'll post it.

    I hate that method. Then you gotta change it again if you wanna use it on another forum...

    I just use transparency.

    I just had to cut around the render more. You can try to smudge the edges together by the pixels where the transparency is also.

    hey dude ye id say render it with magnetic lasoo, until you are satisfied with it, wish i could make a sig like that ^^

    How would i do that? wouldnt it just make another white outline? Sorry i dont understand, exactly

    No.. its not simple. If you even lookedm, you would see my sig contains animation (the vidio) and as far as i know, .png doesnt support animation.

    A cheap method might be making a selection on the empty part of the sig and then goin to Selection<Feather< then set it to like .5 but I dont know if that'd work.

    I believe your only option is really like, settings it as the same bg color as the forum

    tHATS what i have currently set up, but i figured that there must be a better way to do this.

    I never put them on a bg with colour, I always use invisible transparencies with animations. Just recently I found out that you can zoom in, and smudge the edge of the pixels together so it doesn't look so jagged on the edges. And i got no white outline.

    Ok, when you say smudge, you mean use the smude tool on the border of the transparent part? Because i dont know what im trying to get the smudge to look like. The gun already looks good to me

    yeah.. cept for 2 people who kinda led me on track, this forum is basicly usless, no one can seem to offer help...
