Like were Could I Post a Topic

They sell it in the shop or you can buy it from a premium member

So basically you can advertise in your signature but nowhere else.

There used to be an advertising section, but it's off now.
You can pay to advertise at the top of the forums, or if your a premium member you can advertise on the bottom of the forum.
I guess if you don't want to pay, the sig sounds like your best option...
