    3rd step from the bottom of Dr. Seuss's staircase.
    there is a line on 1 side on the far edge (right edge) but not the left side.

    oopsy =P

    other then that it could use some content boxes and a footer and it would be alright.

    no, thats the point of the chain, you dont supply the .psd, you just add on to w/e is there.
