Where Is The Smudge Tool?

Forgive my noobieness, but where is the smudge tool, and what does the icon look like? in photoshop 7.0...

 

is a finger finger like pointing at the bottom and u use with the right click and it say Smudge tool ...... and there is ur answer i dont know in 7.0 but i am using 8.0 ps ... problably the same ....

 

i dont see a finger, could you point it out?

 

It is where the water droplet is. Hold down on the droplet the it will come up.

yes click on the water thing look like water and use right click and u will find smudge tool .... right click on the water thing
