they should have all that sorted out by christmas, my sis is getting one lawl. you can buy protectors for them, which is good. i have a cool case for y ipod...

Apple dont have faulty products ALl other ipods are succesfull i think its just a small design fault becos it scratches way to easily personally they shold recall them cos they scratch just frm going in ur pocket or cleaning the screen i mean its rediculous
sorry but apple does stuff like this all the time. they rush products and they don't really have any quality control limitations.

There was a big topic at the official Apple forums and than an Apple's official said it wasn't there fault it was the user's fault for not handling it correctly. Apple should just admit it that there's a problem with it and give everyone their money back or a new Nano. 1 in 8 defected? Sounds about right but Apple said there was a small batch that was defected, if I remember correctly they said it was smaller than 1/10 out of 1% or the total Nano's sold. lol
