Image Ready Prob

    hey guys.

    when i want to open a *.mov file in image ready, there comes an error...

    it says that something is missing, but i've installed quicktime couple of month ago...

    Can u help me, please?

    I dun think you can open mov files with IR...

    U can open .MOV files, but for some reason you need Quicktime on your computer..

    Is it not opening one specific movie? or is it not opening any of them? if it's the first then it's likely that the file might be corrupted.
