hey y'all um i was wondering how people make like visual xp styles like the ones u can get off Deviantart and themexp and all th .


1. how do they make them?
2. what do they use?.



basically all i want to know and hopefully someone can help me out

hey thanks for the link there to mate, only prob is im kinda scared bout messing up a file that i shouldn't mess up and then my comp like get fecked up.So am i safe editing these files or.... u think i should stay away from this cuz im a noob .

it should let you make a completely new one unless you are editing an existing one. If that is the case just back up the style and put another copy somewhere on your comp so if you mess it up you still have the old one
