Wont work for me? it keeps coming up into this weird screen idk

 

The tutorial is ok. Try using a little bit larger font next time so you can easily read it without having to TRY and read it. Also, in order to transform each letter separately, you would have to type only one letter at a time, then transform it, then type the next one and do the same. Your tut mentions nothing about doing that. Even though that seems like common sense, a lot of new people may not know that.
