Need Help

Okay, i was thinking about making a design site.. But it takes alot of work to do that.. Now I was just wondering if any one would be kind enough to help me build up this site.. I have considered a name but am not sure what other people think of it.. Well, the domain is chaoticstudios.net if any one has a better name for a domain please contact me on MSN or through PM. I need help making a template and POSSIBLY a IPB skin. I need some designers for other jobs if able to do so.. If I have any help with this I will make you a designer or moderator in my forums.. Thats all I can really do right now at this certain moment.. But if you could help me I would really appreciate it..
