Well 2moro (Tuesday) Ive got my first driving lesson and its been a while since Ive driven a car so Im starting to get pretty excited, but at the same time im real nervous as I said Its been a while since Ive driven. I used to drive my sister's car a lot on various quiet road's and did good. But lately I havent been so. I think he is just gonna be driving me about my local town? or perhaps out a country road somewhere?

My m8 just passes his test about 2 months back and like he told me having a car is unbeleivable the freedom you have is endless. You dont need to rely on anyone mam, dad no one. Just get in your car and go where you want as long as u have fuel. So yea while im at my work (that i hate) im saving all the money I can by making a savings account and saving most of my money. I wanna try and pass my test and get a small car. My job will most likely be over in December which doesnt bother me. If I dont have a job it'll give me a boot in the @rse to go try and find another one.

So yea I dont know the reason for this post, just post your thoughts of what you have read so far and attempt to make an intelligent judgement.

    **Update**

Well thats me just back and George went through all the procedures and we started driving of in the country. We then moved on into my local town. As we got to my house he basically told me he was really impressed and the only reason he let me into the town is he knew I could handle it there. I did fine he never needed to use his controls and he makes sure you check the mirror by telling you to and giving instructions. Talked for bout half an hour then drove 25 mins or so. Lesson again next Tuesday.

I am learning to get my Learners book. Read it all in 5 days, all 160 pages (pages are only 1/3 the size of an A4 piece of paper). I frive around the local pins and that is about it at the moment.

Lol dude, it's real fun, dont sweat it. My Sister has been on her permit for a year, and shes horrible. Although shes almost killed me about 20 times, she has fun. My Dad says driving stops being fun in about half a year >.>
