Selling Vista On Ebay - Would I Be Allowed?

Hey does anyone know if I would be allowed to sell Windows Vista Beta 1 on Ebay?

No ofcourse it wouldnt be allowed. I mean you just cant go selling anything there they have rules and regulations. Not to mention if u did Microsoft would be on your doorstep not long after. Besides Vista is widely available via the internet, torrents, ftp's, http links on sites such as megaupload. I wouldnt take the risk.

I would be very, very surprised if you were the first with that idea. They probably think something like: Damn, another one who is trying to sell some beta windows. Well, let's just close it again.

then again.. someone sold the whole macromedia set on ebay.. he claimed it was a special sale price

if you read the instructions closely, you're basically paying for a crack lol
