    Ok if any1 has noticed this kidds sig they will say its freaky how his sig changers evrytime u refresh da page (creepy) so i was wondering how exactly do u do that

    it called a sig rotater i dont rember were to get them but thats what they are if thats what you are wondering

    Its talked random images.
    you can just add the URL's of the sigs you want to the random image generator and it BOOM!!!! a random image sig!

    Lol, there are sites meant for that kind of stuff, try PM'n him and asking, it's the most obvious answer, and btw, html and stuff, they don't work here ;)
