hey here is an awsome tut

+ cred and + rep greatly apreciated

**Be creative in this tut and have fun with it. This is just to show you guys how to make a full sig and to give you an idea of how to make one.**

    Alrighty....lets get started.

    FULL SIG TUT

Im gonna show you guys how to make a full sig including brushing, text, border, and other effects.

    1) Open up a new document (I am using 400 x 150)

    2) Make a new layer. Take out some good grunge brushes and start brushing on a black canvass. I am using 'Mine Grunge9' (To get a black canvass go to Edit --> Fill --> black). Then start brushing with white.

    3) Make a new layer. Next get some good sparkle brushes. Im using 'metal cx's sparkle brushes'. Just start brushing over the first grunge layer but dont brush to much. Maybe 3-5 strokes. Set the layer to 'Soft Light'.

**note: not much of a change but it helps in the long run wink.gif

    4) Lets add some depth to the sig. Go to Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Curves. Make something that looks like this:

Or until you get something that looks good.

    4) Now its time to add in a render. Im going to do a spiderman theme. Find a render that you like and put it into the sig. Duplicate the layer 2 times so you have 3 render layers. On the original render set it 'Luminosity'. The 2nd render layer put it to 'Overlay' at about 40%. And the last Render layer set to 'Normal' at about 40%. I got something like this:

    5) Now that we added the render, we need to add some color to the sig. I am going to use a multicolor look. This will make the sig look more exciting and attention grabbing. Go to 'Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Color balance'. I used the following settings:

    Midtones: +54, 0, 0
    Shadows: +47, 0, 0
    Highlights: +12, 0, 0

While on the color balance layer go to 'Filter --> Render --> Clouds'. It should mix up the colors a little bit. You may have to go to 'Filter --> Render --> Clouds' a few times to get the best effect.

    6) Alright, now time to add another color. Go to 'Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Color balance'. I used the following settings:

    Midtones: -31, 0, +44
    Shadows: -41, 0, +56
    Highlights: -12, 0, +48

While on the color balance layer go to 'Filter --> Render --> Clouds'. It should mix up the colors a little bit. You may have to go to 'Filter --> Render --> Clouds' a few times to get the best effect.

    7) Now that we got some good coloring into the sig, we can start adding some text. Im using the 'spiderman' text from dafont.com.

    Drop Shadow: Default
Inner Shadow: Opacity at 45, the rest to default.
    Outer Glow: Default
Bevel and Emboss: Size to 0, everything else default.
Stroke: Size 1 px, color black, everything else default.

    8) Add in some subtext. Im using 'visitor' font from dafont.com. Add whatever you want like a quote, site name, forum name, buisiness name, clan name, ect.

    I used these text effects:

Stroke: Size 1 px, color black

    9) Now add some effects to the sig. Be creative and use whatever you think will help the sig out and make it stand out. I will show you what my sig looks like with some effects.

    10) Ahhh, looks much better with those effects. Now to add a border. Im just going to use a simple border to make it look good. Make a new layer and hit 'CTRL + A'. There should be a square marquee around the sig. Go to 'Edit --> Stroke --> Width 1 px, Color Black, Position Center'.

Now use these effects on the border layer:

Stroke: Size 1 px, Color White, everything else default.

Thx and remember + creds and + rep plz and thank you.
