Would You Buy A Google PC?

Hell No. Microsoft all the way. They should work together though, imagine the stuff they can do, lol.

I read in Wired Magazine a prediction from a guy about google.


"Someday we'll be driving our google to the google to get some google for our google."

I think it's coming true.

 

if google came out with a linux distro and it was any good, I would most likely use it.

scrape windows entirely and come out with the same thing google alone would have only worse, more susceptable and more expensive...

 

I wouldn't be surprise if they didn't, I believe aol has also mad their own PC, anyway yes, yes I would.

 

If this rumored OS works with most windows apps and less buggy than I'll consider it. It's gotta have some cool skins to go with it.

maybe they will write there own os from the bottom if u know what i mean start with a blank page instead of basing it on existing linux kernel if anything they have the brains to do so since google has been luring brains away from microsoft to work for google i would not buy a google pc (i build my own computers) but if the google os turns out to be better than windows and if software and games i use run on it i would consider buying it (as long as it is not as expensive as windows)

 

google is an innovation company, not a modification one.

they're not going to just modify an existing kernel.

if they made an OS they would most likely do it from the ground up.

 

Chances are google will be very interactive, and you will have full control. Seeing as prices are always going up for os', Googles will likely be a tad more expensive than Windows. I hate all the bugs in windows, and if this rumored OS was near bugless, i'd buy it regardless of price.

I just like windows default skin..cuz then you can just get windows blinds to make it look good

 

as with every os, there are a number of different themes you can customize.
