thats because it is. not only is he/she asking for your sc2 account info.. he/she is encouraging you to give it to them. with promises of points. reguardless of this being legit or not i personally feel anyone asking for any kind of personal information to an account of any type should not be allowed in the section.. regardless of it being called "the black market" or not.
