    Quite clever you are.

I stopped eating. I usually eat one meal a day. Not healthy, but honestly, I don't give a ****. Oh... and I walk a lot.

Nice one. Weight loss/gain has always been a problem I've had, so I know exactly what a massive achievement 65 pounds is. I could probably do with dropping about that.

Eating only one meal a day actually helps you lose weight? I should try that. I thought you would gain more weight because your body goes into "preservation mode" and turns everything into fat.

It depends on what you eat. If you have, say, a big healthy breakfast, you may not need to eat for the rest of the day.

Another great way to lose weight is to have Gall Bladder surgery, that way you can't eat anything with fat ever again. :)

During college, I walked about 2 hours a day to classes. We have a huge campus, and it's not really convenient to drive to classes. So that's probably what helped me. Plus, I rarely eat now.

I used to weight 250. Now I'm at 184. So yeah, I lost another pound since I made the post.
